The dark chocolate nougat is made by layering a moist chocolate cake with rich dark chocolate ganache along with crunchy caramelized cashews and chocolate chips in each layer then finally covering the whole thing with dark chocolate ganache and wrapped with caramelized cashews and dark chocolate chips on top.
